Our Story

Built on a conviction, not a market opportunity.

Eswara Advisory Group was founded on a single conviction: that the divide between consulting and engineering is artificial, and that it costs clients enormous amounts of money.

The typical enterprise transformation goes like this: a consulting firm produces a strategy. An internal team tries to execute it. A system integrator builds something adjacent to what was designed. The result is a transformation that took three times longer and cost twice as much as it should have, and that only partially works.

We built Eswara Advisory Group to close that gap. We are a consulting firm that ships code. We are a small, senior team that does strategy and builds the systems to execute it. When we design an architecture, we build it. When we recommend a platform, we can run it.

That is not a common model in the consulting industry. We think it should be.

Four things that matter.

01

We own the outcome

We don't just deliver recommendations. We stay until the thing works. If the strategy isn't executing, that's our problem to fix.

02

We build products

Eswara Advisory Group operates a portfolio of enterprise AI platforms. That means we understand platform engineering from the inside — not just as an advisor.

03

We have strong opinions

We will tell you when your plan is wrong. We will tell you what we would do instead. Clients who want validation should look elsewhere.

04

We are small on purpose

We don't staff engagements with junior consultants. Every engagement involves senior people who have done this before.

Founder

Prasad Eswara — Founder & Principal

Prasad Eswara has spent his career at the intersection of enterprise technology strategy and engineering. He has advised and built for some of the largest organizations in financial services, healthcare, and professional services.

Before founding Eswara Advisory Group, he led technology strategy and platform engineering engagements at a top-tier management consulting firm. He left to build the firm he had always wanted to work for.

He is the architect of the NexusOne platform and the EAG Integration Platform — both of which were built using the same methodology Eswara Advisory Group brings to clients.

How we work with clients.

Scoped precisely

Every engagement starts with a defined problem statement, a clear deliverable, and an honest estimate of what it will take.

Small team, high seniority

Two to four people. All senior. No account management overhead. No junior analysts building slide decks.

Strategy to delivery

We can start with strategy and stay through build, or we can come in at the build stage. We don't hand off.

Honest on fit

If we're not the right firm for your problem, we'll tell you. We'd rather lose the business than take an engagement we can't do well.
